Terms of Service

AIInformants provides AI stack intelligence tools including Stack Fit routing, vendor comparisons, a tool directory, news aggregation, and Labs workflows. Outputs are informational and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying recommendations before making purchasing or compliance decisions.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@aiinformants.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Free and paid plans include credit allowances described on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• Do not abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the Service or its APIs
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content
• Do not resell or scrape the Service without written permission
• Do not use the Service to generate spam or violate third-party terms

You retain ownership of inputs and outputs you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service (including saved Library items and shared links you create).

AIInformants owns the Service, branding, and underlying software. Comparisons, directory entries, and marketing content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Service links to and integrates with third-party AI platforms, payment processors, and publishers. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party products or content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIINFORMANTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
