Privacy Policy

Account data: When you sign up, we collect your email, name (optional), and authentication credentials via Supabase Auth.

Usage data: We store Labs outputs you save to your Library, credit usage logs, and first-party analytics events (e.g. tool runs, upgrade clicks) to operate the product and improve reliability.

Payment data: Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive customer and subscription IDs from Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Newsletter: If you subscribe, we store your email address to send digests. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Support: If you contact us, we retain correspondence needed to respond and maintain our records.

• Secure the service, prevent abuse, and debug operational issues

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication sessions (Supabase), security, and remembering preferences such as cookie notice dismissal. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Non-essential analytics are limited to first-party events stored in our database.

We rely on trusted processors including Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (billing), Vercel (hosting), OpenAI and related model providers (AI generation for Labs features), and Resend or similar email delivery for transactional and newsletter messages. These providers process data under their own terms and only as needed to deliver the service.

We retain account and Library data while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing hello@aiinformants.com. We may retain limited records where required for billing, security, or legal compliance.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact hello@aiinformants.com to exercise these rights.

We are based in the United States. If you access the service from other regions, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

AIInformants is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
